I have a question in regards to an email promotion we are sending out to our registered and opt-in customers. Customers will get the following "html" email.
http://www.discountcar.com/webpromo/webemail.html
Here is a question, what issues do you see with this type of message in the email box. My concerns are with the java applet on this page.
Let me point it out that "marketing" is making me do this. What are your opinions on the following:
1. HTML email.
2. A link at the top pointing the customer to the webpage version of the same promotion in case images are turned off or html is turned off inside email client.
3. Java applet
Thanks for your help.
