my newly reinstalled XP with SP1.
1. Generally speaking I'm not a fan of HTML email. Unless it's something I
want and it's done well. Yours appears to be clean enough so as to not
annoy.
2. I suppose that's nice, but I personally don't expect people to care
enough to go through the effort. In my time doing marketing, there were a
few things that were givens: You have about half a second to get someone's
attention. If the piece doesn't hook them in half a second, they're gone.
After that, you have about 5 seconds to get your point across. If the person
doesn't clearly know what you're offering within those first 5 seconds,
they're gone. After that it's pretty much all gravey.
3. Mongo no like Java applet.

email.

the email box. My concerns are with the java applet on this page.

> Let me point it out that "marketing" is making me do this. What are your
opinions on the following:
> 1. HTML email.
> 2. A link at the top pointing the customer to the webpage version of the
same promotion in case images are turned off or html is turned off inside
email client.
