GAH! Reminds me of a phone call with my cable company. They're running a
promotion that says "Get 2mb cable internet for $29.99". That's cheaper than
what I've been paying them for the same speed, so I called and asked for the
price they're now offering. They claimed they couldn't give it to me because
it was only for new customers. I "escalated" through a couple people,
chewing out each one for charging different prices for different customers.
I finally got my price reduced. I dread calling for support now though.
