A car is a major decision for a married couple.  If a guy i didn't share finances with bought a car, its really not my business.  I might be concerned it was an impulse buy - because if I didn't know about it it might be that it was an impulse decision.

  exactly what he did, I can also see her point.  She's wondering if one
  day he'll change jobs without mentioning it, or say "Oh, by the way.  I

  Of course, I could be wrong.  As the 2nd youngest known member of this
  community, it's not like I've been there.  :-)
