are dumb enough to believe that the color of a persons skin or their sex is
reason enough not to hire them, fine, that gives me more available
candidates.
I think the government needs to get away from telling people how to run
their business. How to spend their money. It might not be a popular
opinion but it's the one I hold. Not to mention you have to take the market
into account. How many people are going to shop at a store that only
employs white males? How many people are going to boycott it and
demonstrate outside it?
I am just saying why legislate. Let the people care for themselves. The
market will adjust accordingly.
