in parts, of beating me in a race. Still hasn't happened yet.
Risk Assessment and Prevention is about odds and percentages. The
percentages here say that fundamentalist islamist group export terror, not
Americans. BTW we are only requiring fingerprints from people that come
from nations that we require to have visas. That means not everyone, only
those nations that already have a higher perceived risk associated with
them. If we are granting a person a visa to travel in our country have we
not only the right but the responsibility to track and fingerprint these
people? How else can we enforce our immigration laws, much less our
security issues?
