And the ones in the US are? You mean that now the US has the fingerprints it automagically can track these people? Didn't we already establish that all the terrorists involved in 9/11 could be tracked back using the old system with a normal passport, but where lost track off when they where 3 feet past the checkpoint?
The checks in the US are designed to secure a reelection, not a nation.
