I never said we couldn't or hadn't done these things.  I said we don't
generally do these things.  Again it back to the odds man.

You were giving Americans in general a by from terrorism and atrocity
simply because they were American. That is what I was disagreeing with.
There is nothing inherent in living in the US that makes people immune or
incapable of such acts.
