ksuh,

Everything will become obsolete in time, the Xbox was obsolete the day it
hit the shelves.

The graphics card in that is only a GForce 3, compared to the graphics cards
that are in the PC's. Yet it is still bringing in the developers to develop
for.

Consoles have a life span of around 5 years, and in 10 years expect that to
be around 2 maybe 3 as technology advances.

So by your reckoning, people shouldn't buy the PS3 because it will be out of
date in a short time. Shouldn't buy a PC because it will be out of date in 3
months, and the Phantom will be no exception.

I am the same, I have my Xbox for games and my PC for work. I don't need to
install anything on the Xbox put the disc in away she runs if only PC
developers could do the same thing.

Why don't you just say that you won't buy it and leave the rest of the
people to make up their own minds if they want a Phantom or not. Instead of
complaining about this and that. You have the right to voice an opinion, but
you are talking like the average person who loves playing games will not go
for it.

In your own words you will not use something that is obsolete, yet you play
games that are ancient history. Final Fantasy 7, probably needs a patch to
work properly under nVidia actually come to think of it I played that game 2
years ago on an nVidia card.
