too, which is a similarly sized city. One of my favorite stories --
apparently at one point (and maybe still) you could not buy gas in Ottawa
after 10pm. I asked the gas station attendant why and he was like, well
then... people would be able to buy gas whenever they want! The horror!!!
Lots of people used to think the blue laws were a good idea; that's the
mentality I'm dealing with here.
