good point, I guess if the new country had the proper enforcement of crimes,
and a good societal model, then maybe just maybe capital punishment would be
a rare occurrence. See now here in the US, there are plenty of candidates
almost every day. that's what I was thinking of.

No, about willing to live in a country where there is so much crime that
capital punishment has to be practiced regularly.
