  look at a word, look at its context and know exactly what's going on vowels
  or not. Of course, the language DOES have vowels, but they are 'added' onto
  a word, not letters like in English.
  If it was done via committee, then maybe the committee should have asked a
  Jew to read it for them. Never happen of course.
