If a son can not or will not say Kaddish, there are procedures in the
orthodox community for a daughter to say it. I don't know them, but I've
heard about it.
That being said, the standard is to pay someone (or just ask) to say it in
their place as Kaddish has to be said in a Minyan (collection of 10 or more
men) as well as other requirements.
