I honestly, truly don't know much about cellphones. I don't own one. But I
recall that a few years back some state was suing Cingular for its business
practices. Googling for "cingular lawsuit" brings up some hits:

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=cingular+lawsuit

The first one is also interesting. It's consumerwatchdog.org and they have a
search function. Might be worth typing in company names there to see what
pops out.
