Just figure out how the spyware people surreptitiously install stuff, and
you're golden. Me, I've never tried so I can't say how for sure. Of course,
once the holes are fixed that allow spyware, then it will break your app
too.
The other option which we do is just to provide a regular downloadable
installer and trust that if the user actually wants it, they will use it.
