Thanks, Steve - I stupidly thought that it was easier to just edit the file by hand.
The problem is that 'cfserver' won't load and so I can't execute the 'get_registry_keys.cfm' as listed in your Macromedia Technote. I just tried it again (manually) and watched the output of a top command. 'cfserver' flashes up (along with RDS) but then just disappears. 'cfexec' is still at the top of the list but nothing is happening: PID USER PRI NI SIZE RSS SHARE STAT LIB %CPU %MEM TIME COMMAND 2298 coldfusi 18 0 124M 124M 1552 R 0 97.6 24.5 4:02 cfexec I gave it a full 10 mins earlier and it doesn't want to burst into life.
