I work with Flare all the time. No problems at all, but I'm not that hard to handle. I only have a handful of relatively simple sites.
But, I do know the guys who run Flare personally. In fact, I just chatted with one of them the other day. I think they just lost some support guys. And since the local university is not back in session yet (back next week) they probably have had trouble filling the opening(s). This is all pure speculation.
