Tom and Rob,

I have my site and a few clients with them. The great thing is I've never
had downtime with them and everything works great. The problem is if you
try to call them, their phone is busy (has been for two weeks for me and I
saw a post on macromedia that someone had the same experience in
December). They haven't responded to any emails from either me or my
clients in two weeks.

As for support, I need a ssl cert installed (asked them first in November,
thought it was installed and found out a few weeks ago it never was) and I
can't get through to them to even ask again.

Some things up! I wish they would just let us know. I really don't want
to move but what are you suppose to think if this is going on? Try giving
them a call, I'll bet you get a busy signal.

I've had great service from them, then all of a sudden this comes along. I
wish this wasn't happening.

Brett
