So, you're on a windows box but you're posting to cf-linux? :)

Ahem.  Anyway, you're going to need to shutdown IIS and shutdown CFMX 
_before_ installing.  That's probably why you got the failed install.  Once 
installed, you'll then need to mess with the iis_connector.bat as noted in 
the release notes.  If that doesn't work, you can always 
Remove_ALL_connectors.bat and then try the iis_connector.bat file again.
