Todd,
I may have got the release number wrong, but the release notes explicitly
state it won't work with 2.0.42 and 'earlier'. 1.3.x is earlier.

Should it work with 1.3.x for you fine, but you won't get support from
Macromedia for any issues you may have as you are running it on an
unsupported version of Apache (in their eyes).
