Hi Stephen,

Thanks a lot your email was very helpful, I need to read up on it some more
but this will certainly be something I am going to try. I'm still concerned
that there's something in the app that's causing it and I'm still working
through all the changes that have been made to see if it's anything like
that. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack...
