Looks good to me, thanks. I would still advocate for some clear process for contributors, in either issues or PRs, to ping the Governance Committee or other group of GitHub stewards about status of contributions, but as I said earlier, GitHub Teams [don't currently support this](https://help.github.com/en/github/setting-up-and-managing-organizations-and-teams/about-teams#team-visibility), for better or worse.
