Michah @mwengren, perhaps you could comment on https://github.com/cf-convention/cf-convention.github.io/issues/102, which is another issue from Daniel @erget. In that issue, I have proposed assigning particular labels, which would imply who was responsible for various classes of issue. I think that would help to solve the problem you identified in this issue. At least you would know *who[m]* to ping.
