I have heard that 2000 and <CFAUTHENTICATE> have issues, something to do
with Active directory, or something like that. Just gossip, I have not
tried it myself. Anybody heard anything to this effect?
On the other hand, there are four flavors of SQL 2000, and enterpri$e
edition may be too much. Check what they have. What I did is I worked with
Access 2000 for a while, while I could, till I was forced to upsize. Then I
put SQL server. The upsizing was a no brainer.
