Sure, there's nothing to it. I'll assume that you know how to backup to
file.

>From Enterprise Manager:

1. Right-click on the "Databases" folder, and select "All Tasks", followed
by "Restore".

2. Select the "From device" option, specify the file location, and click
"OK".

3. Then - and this is the trick - select the "Options" tab.

4. Under the "Move to physical file name" section, change the file path to
match the server on which you're restoring, rather than the one used to
create the backup.

That's all there is!
