Are you all M$? IIRC, M$ screwed with Kerberos to some extent that
caused some compat issues with the standard. I'm no expert here, very
far from it, but I've read this from several Unix/Linux experts.

We have 2 reasons to upgrade:
- customers want ASP.net
- Win2K supports Kerberos
Neither of them are CF related, although I can think of some cool
tricks
to do with Kerberos and CF if the Win2K implementation is right.
