I have loaded it on several machines and all but one have had no problems. I am in the process of replacing the machine that did and investigating what may have happened. I currently have it in a state that if I load SP3 over again and do not reboot, it is fine. But, if I reboot, then IIS cannot find the local machine. I will hopefully have the replacement server up and running early next week and then be able to look at what might have gone wrong. Anyway, InfoWorld had an article, not sure which week, maybe last? Someone reported many problems with it. Also, check microsoft.com. They reported some HotFixes that were not compatible with SP3 as well.

I've upgraded several machines without incident.
