So, you've performed this upgrade?

Is it the IIS part that is the problem? I have a very clean way of 
extracing the webs from iis4 and importing them into iis5 on win2k. I 
just thought that an upgrade may possibly be an option. I am usually 
not one to upgrade, rather the clean install.
