Sorry did not make myself clear. The files in just one directory seemed
to be the issue. Not subd's below that.
So I would be looking at an org of 200 directories or so to contain
1 million files. NT is also going to be using more ram space itself to
cache directory information.
Hope you have a super deeelux ultra mega wide super highway for all
of them image files!
