I had the same problem. There's a tech note and "solution" for it on the MM site.
http://urlizer.com/00/1294/ Unfortunately, the fix didn't last long for me, so after seeing in my Win2k task manager that it was ntConsoleJava.exe that was taking up so much CPU, I simply re-named that file. CF server still works fine for me, though some undiscovered features are probably disabled.
