I had the same problem. There's a tech note and "solution" for it on the MM
site.

Unfortunately, the fix didn't last long for me, so after seeing in my Win2k
task manager that it was ntConsoleJava.exe that was taking up so much CPU, I
simply re-named that file. CF server still works fine for me, though some
undiscovered features are probably disabled.
