The beauty of this list is that everyone has a different opinion or point
of view which can be extremely helpful from a technical perspective, one
you step outside of that arena on more personal subjects, typically the
result is a debate of which no one is right, therefore the discussion just
continues. The point being, as long as someone offers up a non-technical
question and someone feels compelled to answer, you will have non-technical
related "inbox clutter". Either way, I read both.
Thanks for providing such a great resource.

Shawn,
"There are a lot of people on this list that manage high traffic web
sites..."
"There is always a chance that someone will have the time/resources to post
a
picture somewhere that millions of people could see it..."
True, but then they can always go to CF-Community if they're going to do
that. This list is for tech talk only. It's designed that way for maximum
usability. For other, non-tech things (such as the Amber alerts) we've got
the CF-Community list.
If you don't want to subscribe to community, you can regularly scan the
archives of that list for such alerts, you know:
http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?method=threads&forumid=5
Regular Archive Link: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists
In the future, there will be an options on all the lists to subscribe to a
list by archive only, as well as by regular immediate or digest delivery.
Please let's drop the topic, guys. It has gotten way out of hand.
Thanks,
Judith
