2nd on Crystaltech for shared. Cybercon.com for dedicated. I used crystaltech for a server monitor project and found them to be one of a short list of CF hosts that actually knew CF well. Also had positively stellar uptime. Cybercon has been taking good care of me for for over 2 yrs now.
Ummm. almost afraid to bring this up, but has anyone noticed that (drumroll) Interland has some killer dedicated rates? Now, don't start on me... I have a long list of better biz bureau and cc fraud actions against them, and downtime docs enough to fill a book. However, they got bought out awhile back, and it looks like the old crew and ownership are gone (or strung up, which is more than they deserved).
