if I turn my speakers down, using the knob, not my system sound...it goes away, its not coming from the box, ive taken it offline, and after a reboot, it comes right back, after like 2 minutes

There are some systems that do give off a siren sound as it is POSTing. Have you changed your cpu or memory recently?
