its literally a siren. like an ambulance or something like that, or fire or police, one sound, woooop wooop wooop like what people talked about with the ambulance virus, but that one had the distinction of an ambulance racing across the screen....

There are some systems that do give off a siren sound as it is POSTing. Have you changed your cpu or memory recently?
