I've recently been working with another developer to convert my e-commerce product to
FB3 and it's really the first time I've taken a good look at Fusebox in a couple
years. I've been pleased to see the evolution and while I'm not completely sold on
using it for every project I do, it definitely has benefits when working in a
multi-developer environment...or for something like my software where people need to
be able to understand the code and be able to make changes and additions to it easily.
I don't use too many cfmodule calls and haven't noticed too much difference in speed
over my previous version, but then, this is not exactly an enterprise-level
application! The new Fusebox versions look really interesting as well, but I probably
won't be doing much with them for awhile as I try to support older CF servers (still
get questions about running the software on 4.01!)
