haven't browsed a file that may be crashing CF.
If it restarts it shows it for internal and external users.
There is not one answer of how to solve the problem. More than likely
there is a file on your server that is causing CF to be unresponsive.
After x number of unresponsive threads CF restarts itself. This number
can be changed in the admin.
What I would do to start to narrow down where the problem lies is to
tell CF to log pages that take x number of seconds to run. Find the slow
ones and fix. Also check your application, server logs, etc for errors
that may give you a clue to what is wrong.
