just ColdFusion.
For small (and some medium) projects, Tomcat is a free JSP/Servlet container
that I've used with great success. J2EE is open, widely used, and moving
forward. Couple that with a free server and you've got a solid platform.
And you can run ColdFusion or BlueDragon on top of it without any extra work
to boot.
