It sounds as if you're talking to a tech to a non-tech person. Should
this person really know what chr(10) is?
You'll need to make a compelling business reason to change something.
Having to retrain users is a very valid business reason not to change.
That aside, the cf-jobs-talk list would be a great place to have these
type of conversations.
