Phpeclipse doesn't have a software update repository, you have to install it manually then do "eclipse -clean". The problem is that this doesn't work reliably, it seems to only work once then refuse to work again. So you install CFEclipse via software update, install phpeclipse manually, run -clean and they're fine, then you realise you wanted svneclipse and the FTP plugins too so you add those via software update and hey presto, phpeclipse disappears, and -clean doesn't bring it back again. You backtrack so cfeclipse+phpeclipse (I got smart by this stage and kept a backup of those two working) and try instead to install the CSS editor (manually), run -clean again and hey-presto, both phpeclipse and the CSS editor disappear. I dealt with that for several hours and just didn't feel it was worth my time messing with anymore. Every single Eclipse plugin out there should have a software update repository somewhere so that its all easy to install and until they do it just isn't IMHO worth the price of entry. -- Damien McKenna - Web Developer - [EMAIL PROTECTED] The Limu Company - http://www.thelimucompany.com/ - 407-804-1014 #include <stdjoke.h> ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:190306 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
