The only things I can think of aren't really visual tools. Things like the Components and Web Services introspection are really nice. It would be nice to have a way to view other elements in a similar fashion. A drop down of cffunctions would be nice perhaps (there's one for JavaScript functions in the Code Inspector...) Stuff like that...
