Really? How about when someone steals your identity from information they obtained from you lack off security knowledge while at your PC/Email/Internet? I would say that is pretty damn serious. Ironically, I just met someone yesterday on a contract we are working on who had his identity stolen. It has cost him thousands of dollars and endless days of phone calls, letter writing, interviews, etc.... I'd venture to say that browsing is VERY mission critical if you care about your credit and finances.
