Wow...I've never heard anything like this about Allaire before. Any time
I've ever e-mailed Allaire for support, I've had an answer back within 24
hours, but usually within a few hours. I've never used phone support
before, but if someone was rude to you, you should definitely contact their
manager.
One thing I wouldn't do is base your opinion of Allaire on an incident or
two of bad support. Base it on the reaction you get when you contact them
to tell them that you got bad support. If they're lackadaisical about
fixing the problem, THEN get pissed. :)
