First off, you need the support, so you find the time to get in touch with MM when they are available. If nothing comes of it, perhaps contact Sean off-list. Given all the bitchin_and_moanin over the last couple days I wouldn't hold my breathe. Deal with it and please stop whining about the installation. I am sorry it hasn't been a good experience for you, that is unfortunate. If you have tried everything people recommended and you still can not get it to work, stop posting to this list and explore other avenues.
