Damien, I know that Michigan State is using it. I've spoken with some of the developers there and it has become quite popular. I think they're even going to offer classes via Breeze in the future.
You can also rent Breeze by the hour. If you're finding it valuable and your monthly bill exceeds what it would cost to buy it then IMHO the purchase decision becomes easier.
