Nope, your car insurance allows for either of you to drive, it says so
on the box.

Anyway, after complaining enough (but being polite about it, just saying
things like "that makes no sense", and "would you still have charged it
if we'd just sold it to someone else?") they waived the "processing"
fee.  <sigh>
