 Personally if I knew any company I was paying to use their service did this I 
sure wouldn't give them anymore of my business!
 Now a good comany will leave the neg comment and fix the problem and properly 
acknowledge what the problem was and what was done to get the problem fixed and 
show that it was fixed ASAP.

 If you check out a companies forum and it's all daisies & butterflies then 
something is seriously wrong and its your first clue that something like this 
is up.
 It may fool a few ppl but to me thats crap because stuff happens and I would 
rather see that something HAS happened and see what was done to fix it and how 
quick it was fixed. Its not " ludicrous" to leave it to most ppl it's 
advantagious, only shady company would do that kind of stuff.

they're not idiots. The test is whether or not they act on those
problems. We often get negative posts about our company in our forums
and I think our company is very smart to remove them immediately. The
big difference in what we're doing and what it sounds like they may be
doing is that we immediately move to fix whatever problem existed to
cause that negativity in the first place. However, we own the forums and
it would be utterly ludicrous for us to leave that bad marketing hanging
out there on the forums whether it was earned or not.

The problem remains that unskilled people are on the front lines. What
should have taken 5 minutes took two days and had to be escalated to be
fixed. Support is very inconsistent, giving different answers to policy
from different people. And the fact they delete posts shows they are
trying
to hide something.
