Personally if I knew any company I was paying to use their service did this I sure wouldn't give them anymore of my business! Now a good comany will leave the neg comment and fix the problem and properly acknowledge what the problem was and what was done to get the problem fixed and show that it was fixed ASAP. If you check out a companies forum and it's all daisies & butterflies then something is seriously wrong and its your first clue that something like this is up. It may fool a few ppl but to me thats crap because stuff happens and I would rather see that something HAS happened and see what was done to fix it and how quick it was fixed. We often get negative posts about our company in our forums and I think our company is very smart to remove them immediately. The big difference in what we're doing and what it sounds like they may be doing is that we immediately move to fix whatever problem existed to cause that negativity in the first place.
