Agreed.  Problem is lately getting to those good people.  You have to wait
through the newbies that he is not properly training and throwing to the
lions.  I should not have had to wait two days for a skilled tech to fix a
screw up in their CFAdmin!  And I also think Tim is arrogant and needs to
take a step back.

I'm happy with their support and service. 99% of the people there are 
helpful and happy and act appreciative of my business. I do believe 
that Tim does want to run the best damned web hosting company around. 
The problem is, he doesn't handle criticism or take suggestion well.
