The fact that they delete negative posts about their business shows that they're not idiots. The test is whether or not they act on those problems. We often get negative posts about our company in our forums and I think our company is very smart to remove them immediately. The big difference in what we're doing and what it sounds like they may be doing is that we immediately move to fix whatever problem existed to cause that negativity in the first place. However, we own the forums and it would be utterly ludicrous for us to leave that bad marketing hanging out there on the forums whether it was earned or not.

The problem remains that unskilled people are on the front lines. What should have taken 5 minutes took two days and had to be escalated to be fixed. Support is very inconsistent, giving different answers to policy from different people. And the fact they delete posts shows they are trying to hide something. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:200692 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
