Thanks Jochem, 

Integrating with Outlook2003 would be good, but I guess separate would
be ok as long as it doesnt require me to operate on email twice.  Dont
want to slow down what is already a lengthy process every day.

Adding server side isn't really an option becuase I pick up mail from
several servers - one is under my control, the others arent.
