 I was gunna say the same thing but you know how that send ppl's panties up 
their bums on here when I say it ;)

 My advice would be too use as little of ms products as you can and you will be 
safer and that's not me bashing that's me saying "hey, why don't you seperate 
your programs from your OS and that will dramaticly reduce the threats"

 And the ms spyware program seems to really slow systems down (imagine that) 
and isn't trusting that like using AOL for spam filtering (either you get that 
or you dont).
